    So there! I got my fat ass in and out of it like nothing! The lines for the body panels look like they were cut by a lazer they fit so good. Roomy, great materials, the look is "69 all day" to me anyway, I loved it.

    I can't wait until I can see all the possibilities for colors stripes etc., and then what the after market offers.......

    HHHMMMMM could I build one before the spring that FREAKS all the racers out at the strip just like when I took my 03 for the first time?

    Just the right add ons for the body, right color, big ass rear wheels, procharger intercooled @ 500 to the wheels.....yeah baby......

    I love my 03 but the 05 is calling........What am I gonna do???????????

    I'm just day dreaming out loud....sort of. You haven't had your ass handed to you by a GT like I have...albeit only once.

    I'm just thinking that for the cost of a GT and less than the upcharge of a SVT....I can have ENOUGH!

    I don't know how long I will be able to live without that body....I walked past it as a kid so many times and just dreamed and now WTF do I do...I love my 03....I'll have to keep it, my wife's gonna think I'm nuts but OH WELL!

    What really kills me is how I thought I was on top of the world when I bought my 93 Vette Roadster......what a Joke....as fine as Vette's are...that persona you get labled with is horrible...people hated me for having that car, and I swear they don't know jack about a Mustang...much less the ROCKET I've been driving. They just think I like FUN cars...truth is I like ROCKETS...and Mustangs can be rockets.

    I'm keeping the Terminator for sure. I'm in fricken love w/this car, and I've had 2 cobras before this that I was fond of, but didn't like like this one.

    I will get an 07 or 08 Cobra and keep the 03.

    On that note, did anyone watch the OC on Fox tonight. They were advertising the fuck outta the new Mustang. They even had a commercial where Steve McQueen walked outta cornfield and hopped in it and did a burnout. Wicked Pissa!

    The one daughter in the OC got a new GT, and she was all not excited about it-rich bitch!

    My 05 GT is as fast if not faster then my 99 cobra ( after the recall ).
    I have been without a mustang for two years now, unfortunately i could not wait for the cobra. I'm doing a few things to the car over the winter so i can run with you cobra guys..... :D edit: and gal's

    I have to admit that the Mustang is growing on me,
    I am really liking tht new green, however if I were to buy, would most likely be a black one :dunno:

    This is the ONLY comparison that I have to the current Stang

    The "Anthem" commercial premiers later this month and I think it's better than the "Cornfield" since it shows 40 years of Mustang heritage in a 60 second slot. I had the sub on the PC sound system rattling the windows at my house.

    I've been digging these up to show at the SVTOA meeting at Packey-Webb Saturday morning.

    Guys, I'm not knocking GTs. I had a 5.0 LX before my Cobra. I just don't think I'd trade my Cobra for a GT. Well, a GT, yes, but not a Mustang GT... :D

    Larry, Damn, I have to work weekends for who knows how long. Have a great time at the meeting. :biggthump

    I figure I will be approaching 80 hours this week and my wife is working 35 hours at her "part time" job besides being a lunch mom and going to school to take a Medical Terminology class 2 days a week. I hope the kids don't destroy the house... :dunno:
