Just curious.....What makes it hard to rip off 0-60 and quarter mile times in a GTR? You have AWD, sticky tires and a DSG to do all of the work. As long as you aren't a noob, it seems pretty easy to me.

Driving on a road course is a whole different animal.

I have no personal experience at all...just going by what I read.

But Im sure the heavy ass 20in rims dont help in launching. Theres also that whole bogging issue that comes w/ AWD.

When the computer sees too much wheelspin, the fancy gizmos (usually stability or tcs) cuts the powa and the car will bog at launch. Am I using the term "bog" wrong in this thread? Possibly. Regardless, that is what happens. Even when you are on a tune and use launch control, the opportunity to bog is still there.

Go read up on NAGTROC. DO IT.
