Down 18 so far since the new year with no exercise outside of walking to the train station in the morning and working out once a week.

Energy has been great for the most part, cravings are all filled with various alternatives, and my hunger is nothing beyond what it would be without dieting.

Ohh, I love cheesecake. You made it? I want the recipe!

Ingredients:
3 packages of room temperature reduced fat cream cheese
4 eggs preferably room temperature
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 and 1/3 cups of artificial sweetener (Slpenda)
1/4 cup sour cream
Foil Pie Pan

Crust:
1 cup Almond Meal (F'ing expensive)
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Artificial sweetner

Preparation:
Blend crust, press into bottom of greased pan.

Heat oven to 375 F.
Mix together cream cheese, Splenda, and extracts. Then add eggs and beat until creamy.
Pour into the greased foil pie pan.
Bake for 35 minutes at 375Ā°F or until cracked and golden brown. (Took us nearly 45 minutes, dunno if it was the oven or just that it needs that long)

We added sugar free chocolate fudge on top of the crust, and marbled into the cake itself just before tossing it into the oven.

one day of eating a lot more than usual isn't a bad thing...bodies need a break from extreme dieting. one friend of mine just did a really strict (and i mean almost unhealthy strict) diet mon-fri then on weekends she could have what she wanted. she lost over 100lbs in a year. im not strict enough with myself to do that though. i like food. :hs:

I know it's not a bad thing, just tossing up comments for those who may be considering the diet and see that I've 'stalled' for 3 days.

It happens, and that pie is fucking delicious :s00ls:.

5 year old post bump, sadly all the photos are down, so I'll have to fix those later.

Just going to pickup with Today.

I Pre-Made a dozen hard boiled eggs and then vacuum sealed them in food-saver bags so they'd last all week already shelled and ready to go.

Also had some nice beef sticks with cheese from Geneva Wisc that I cut up into little portion bags.

Breakfast was 24oz of water from about 7am-9:30am, along with 3 eggs and 3 little pieces of the beef sticks.

I had a "Mens Health" Planters pack of nuts as a snack before lunch.

Lunch was another 24 oz of water (from 9:30-12:30), and pork tips that had been slow cooked and then shredded. I had that on a low carb wheat tortilla (only 4 grams of carbs for the mission ones), with some sour cream and cheese.

So in 5 years what the hell happened???
Did you hit your goal, did you gain all the weight back???

I just hit minus 49 lbs Monday doing my version of the Atkins.
8 lbs to go for my goal of 199.

.

Got Married, been in an office job, gained all the weight back over the years sadly. Back on the saddle now, aiming for 200 as well.
