...except I felt a little better after officially ordering my 2012 Golf R at the VW dealer yesterday afternoon.

Now I have to wait until Feb or March for it to show up!

I'm actually not all that upset I'm not getting another 6cyl R (I had a 2004 R32 before and the mpg was horrible).... I expect I'll be able to get better MPG with the 4cyl turbo (that is the theory anyway)


I'll letcha all know once I finally get it but I have a feeling it will be a long wait.... I'm told Feb or March for delivery.
