Is there such a thing as a paintjob between $300 and $3000?

I will do a custom show car quality job with graphic and art work for about 30K. You will be able to do your make up laying under the car from the reflection of the painted floor.

Like was stated.... have roof blended, buff rest, call it a day!

I will say this.... a buddy of mine did about 40 hours of prep on his 2001 Dakota, too the truck to maaco and just had them spray the paint. He did taping, everything, etc.... It came out really good. It doesn't take a "ton" of skill to lay paint. (it does, but even a novice can complete an OK paint job) The real time/skill IMO is in the prep work, proper sanding between coats, etc.

How about we start with reading what I said, shall we?.... Those pics you guys posted definately come from alot of skill/ experience, but, if the other guy doing the prep/ sanding didn't know what he was doing, how would those look? The work exemplified in those pictures were of show quality paint jobs, does the roof of a 90's explorer need to be a SEMA contender? Fuck no. I said what I did in context of the OP. I'm not dissing your line of work by any means, so let's avoid getting butt hurt.
