cause that brake setup can handle brake temps far and above the brakes for even a full race "street car" hell alot of those brake setups cant stop for shit until the braking surface reaches 400+ degree's

You are the last person I'd expect defending a German brake job that cost 90k. I was expecting more like "Shoulda just upgraded to 3800 brakes!"

cutting edge materials/engineering is one thing, spending wayyy too much on 11 computers to control bullshit is not.

ill take a 3800's brakes over an slr's on a cold wet day any day of the week...the brakes arent designed for cold conditions that a standard system is functional at

It's really not cutting age as the airplane industry has been using it for over 20 years.

The function of brakes working at lower temps is more the pad compound.
