As a heads up, there are 2 or 3 different 'styles' of wiring on the back of these things, so you need to be clear on what year, and what model it was from. I think this one specifically was Explorer only (Judging by your picture), but is it 95-97 or 98+ (I think there was a wiring/connector change between the two).

Good point. I only know the connector I have. I need one with a 16 pin plug. Should be 98+ cause that's the same year the crown vic switched to the 16 pin plug.
