I’m looking for a spare tire for my 12 Escalade. I just had to get the Premium model with no spare tire from the factory because I liked the dual outlet bumper. Now that it’s road trip season and I have to drive to St Louis in a few weeks I need a spare tire.
I don’t care if it’s a factory steel spare with OEM rubber on it and I actually prefer that. I more care about not dropping $300 on one tire.
I called all the local junk yards and either get the “Oh we should have one of those?!” or I get the “Ya gotta come in and look around” answer. Or worse they want way too much money for a used wheel with a tire that’s dry rotted.
Anyone have a Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade/Silverado/Sierra 17” 6 lug spare they don’t need or know where I can get one? I don’t care if it’s new, as long as the wheel isn’t beat up, the tire is in good shape and it’s not going to blow out.
