It'll tow a car for sure. Electrics are better than gas in my opinion for towing a car around, but, the charging aspect sucks.

Its 36volt. You can get a chip to increase torque or top speed. Not sure how to post a pic on here. I can send it to ur phone?

You can drive it around all day at the track, tow the car back numerous times, etc before a charge. If your operation is large enough you need a golf cart, I'm assuming you have a generator. You can throw it on the charger mid-day if it's starting to get low, just put a volt meter in the thing if it doesn't already have one.

Figure that the things can do 18 holes 4-5 times/day on a single charge...

The only downsides to electric is charging and having to replace the batteries every 4-5 years. Other than that, you'll have much more torque than gas, immediately, without a belt drive to mess with.

We got almost 15 years out of our old Trojans. The key is to make sure your add distiller water to the proper levels. That being said, batteries are expensive. I just replaced the old ones with new Trojan T875's which were $130 each times 6.

Yeah, I should have been more specific, the batteries I was buying were 3 year old take-out's from course carts. They were like 70% life, but heavily discounted.
