It's for sale, I doubt it will sell anytime soon. I'm currently staying near the fox valley mall.

Why don't you try Roommates.com? It worked for me once or twice when I decided to get a roommate after getting stationed in a few locations that the family couldn't follow. Well worth the roughly $15 or whatever it costs to have it for a few months. I am willing to bet that within 2 weeks time you will have more than a few solid leads lined up or already be moving in.

I signed up, and most of what I saw on there was also on craigslist. Besides, it doesn't hurt to ask and look in several places.

I looked at CL before as well. It wasn't early as organized and easy to navigate through though. CL doesn't have a setting for all of the filters that RM.com does; such as picking what type of roommate or the living conditions you prefer. But as you mentioned, it cannot hurt to look in multiple places.
