Iíd never seen one of those. Our laundry room is always a sauna though even with the vent off.

Mostly for fixing things, cleaning things, and other maintenance type things but occasionally I get an invite for other things.

Heater only hanging on because I lit the fire place it ran for 4 hours straight, pulling the filter and adjusting the dampener away from my room, I have plenty of heat in my room

Would it work for bathroom fans coming out the side of house too?

The floating cap is very light so the bathroom fan exhaust should open it. Just make sure it's the correct size.

Adjusted dampers, added box fan downstairs to help circulate air pulled heater filter, cycling on and off frequently but making temp no problem now, house is too big for only having one heater it needs to be dual zoned

2:32 - 71 degrees

1.176 sq ft frame ranch with good insulation in the attic and not so good in the walls. 80% efficient basic furnace installed in 2010. Windows and doors are all newer as well

Stupid 2 story...I think I definitely want a ranch for the next house...a bitch trying to keep the downstairs warm, and not have the 2nd floor a sauna.

Iím usually spot on or 1-2 degrees off between first and second floor rooms. Dampers are wide open on all three floors. Upstairs is usually colder. Except the bedroom thatís 6 degrees colder because itís over the garage. Havenít measured since plugging the drafts put it feels warmer.

You fucking jinxed it. Heats out in the building. Its -16į now and the space heater is barely keeping up. -24į tonight so its going to get cold if they can't get the heat back on.

Thankfully I have a 12000btu Heat/AC combo unit for my bedroom. However I'll have to vent it to the living room as it works like a reverse heat pump (which I didn't know when I bought it). I thought the thing was electric based forced heat. Instead it basically runs the compressor in reverse which means its going to heat the bedroom at the expense of cooling the living room.

So far so good. Ecobee has been doing a fantastic job managing the furnace. I replaced my front door seals prior to the deep cold. This next warm up I need to work on the garage seals.
