Pretty sad with all the fake news and click baits now. They made it sound like your furnace will turn on and run for 36 hours straight and never shut off and the temp will barley stay 64 in the house.

Itís a sad world we live in thatís for sure. Prob was made up by the gas company to drum up more usage

bunch of buddies claim they are only 55 degrees when thermo set to 73... I don't think I've dropped a single degree with the undersized unit and no air filter.

Bored and decided to hook a hose to the hot water heater

Must have some single Pane windows or large gaps then. Or a 2500 square foot house with a furnace designed for 1000 square feet.

Itís cold for sure, but idk if itís that cold.

Shut off most of the vents upstairs...balmy up there, still cool downstairs, furnace has been a champ though, runs for about 15 min and shuts off for 15 minutes to keep the downstairs at 70

my garage is hovering at 32.. I have a sink out there so debating on firing up the propane heater but should be fine as long as I don't open the garage doors..

A couple weeks ago I replaced my old crappy dryer vent cover with one of these. Makes a HUGE difference and completely cuts down on the air leakage I had.

Looks like a toilet

I'll have to check one of those out

Would it work for bathroom fans coming out the side of house too?

Yes, works for all vents. Some just need a helper spring
