WD-40 or Gasoline on a soft rag might work.

I have a way to get this out. It's risky and can hurt the clear in coated surfaces but it will pull just about anything off. Goo gone and clay bar. Be careful.

I have tried the mineral spirits but probably not correctly. Turk suggested the clay bar as well but it is ON there good. I was looking into the goo gone that may be next. Thanks to all

If it is globs try a plastic razor blade. Look at these suggestions as well. Good luck!
