need new oil line!!!

is there any auto places that would sell oil lines basically i over tighten this it was a mistake so does anyone have anyone or anywere i could get a new line thanks !!!!!

that looks like a 1/4" 45* sae flare fitting more than a -4an....

its not often you find brass AN hardware...brass is usually 45* stuff, not 37* AN

Pirtek, Bristol hose are yer best options but since its 45* hardware you can run the line temporarily with hardline till you get a new hose

Sorry I just looked. I only have dash 3. You might be able to get a 45* fitting at a hardware store to fix the hose temp. If you do that double clamp it.

i have -4 stuff for my cressida but id doubt youd wanna buy it for a temporary jerb

you can easily find a 1/4" 45 to 3/16ths or 1/4" ID hose nipple at any ace hardware and id suggest hose clamp but the dia makes that more likely to leak... twisting stainless wire in several spots for a more even seal is a better solution since the hose side is likely to be barbed

yes i should of held the top one and then tighten up the middle one while holding the top one into place cause the bottom was already tighten down in the block ...i guess lesson learn.

could always try winners circle in Joliet. They have a ton of different fittings and line in stock. I've never left there without the fittings I was looking for.

im telling you ace hardware is your best option for a good temporary fix

the best would be to take it to a hose company and you could walkout with a new collar nut crimped onto that hose end collar after they rip the old nut off.

How long is the line?

I could make you one with steel braided and the appropriate fittings but it isn't going to be 10bucks. Lol.

I have several premade Russell lines as well.
