Is my depth ok lol, took 455 for a ride this morning and it moved fast probably had another 20-30 lbs in me but didnít want to push it, I needed this Iíve had nothing but shit workouts for a couple weeks

Nice squat man.

Today I decided to incorporate cardio in every work out thus
15 min, incline treadmill, decent pace followed by dum bell curls, straight bar curls, Flys
Worked in leg press and quads too.


Lifetime was packed with smoking ass too, if I were a creeper Id add to the thread.
I just can't do it... Hahaha

Very rarely from squats, only on reality high volume days, my form starts to go to shit on high rep sets towards the end, deadlifting on the other hand will ruin me for the rest of the week

Squat shoes with a heal help hit depth with bad ankle mobility, or Iíve seen people online squat with something under there heal to help get deeper, I use the shoes but I donít have any problem getting deep I just started out lifting that way, itís harder and after all we lift to get stronger so it made sense in my head to do it the hardest way possible lol

Anyone use creatine monohydrate, if so how do you like it? I have been doing a lot of reading on it and a lot of people highly recommend for when cutting. Helps in preventing muscle loss that comes with cutting. I'm going to start cutting with the TCG weight loss challenge when I get back from Mexico. My biggest thing with cutting is losing muscle. But my weight is at its highest in a few years so I need to do a serious cut.

I ordered some and will be here today. I'm debating if I should start it now or wait till I get back from Mexico (I leave in about 2 weeks). If I start now I would have to take a weeks supply with me to Mexico which shouldnt be an issue. I usually work out a few days whenever I'm on vacation anyway.

It makes me hold a little more water than normal, I think it depends on how you take it also, the protocol used to be 20 grams a day for 5 days then 5 grams a day after, I think the last time I took it I just took 5 grams a day, I eat so much meat now I don’t think it’s worth taking for me

Everything I have read says to skip the "loading stage" now a days. Just start and continue with 5 grams a day.

If I remember right itís supposed to work better if taken with something that will spike your insulin like fruit juice or any sugar filled drink, but yeah I think loading is a waste

That said meat has creatine in it 5 grams per 2 lbs of beef or 1.5 lbs of some fish or 3 lbs of chicken, I get plenty naturally as I eat at least 2 lbs of meat a day
