I went all new and most stuff Rogue which are the Olympic bar (45 lbs), all of the bumper plates (350 lbs), sand bag, 50 lbs crumb rubber, Slater hammer (25 lbs). The Rogue stuff is not cheap, but great quality. I could have pieced this set together for WAY cheaper had I gone used....probably a 1/4 of the price, but Iím a sucker for quality and new. I also got the hex bar from a Canadian company Bells of Steel.

I have kettle bells 70/50/35/10, dumbbells 80/45/smaller ones for the woman. A medicine ball and a pretty sweet resistance band setup I use for pull downs and flyes.

Iím taking the weekend off unfortunately. Blocked a slap shot in my hockey game on Thursday.....with my fucking elbow 🤣. Oh and wearing no elbow pads mind you. Elbow is a little large and tender to say the least. Been icing pretty regularly.

hit some front squats yesterday, hit a rep pr at 315 for 6, did a back workout after that, hit a full leg day again today guy from work came we on back squat did 2 warm up sets 8 sets of 5 reps and one lighter set to rep out at the end for a finisher

Left elbow still hurts from heavy bench, did some dB flat press worked up to set of 4 at 125’s not smart lol, flat bench I think I’m just sticking to 225 today, I have elbow sleeves coming today to try but kids have a half day so I can’t lift later

All of you with elbow pain during and following bench check out stoic elbow sleeves, granted I’m just banging out 225 but my elbow still hurt from last week and the weight is flying up today, this is after hitting a disappointing chest workout yesterday, I normally wouldn’t hit chest twice in a row but I wanted to try these sleeves out

No elbow pain here, but get the left shoulder flares up once in a while.
Hoping these Turmeric and or Vitamin D pills I started taking this week help with that.

My left shoulder is weird, it comes and goes without any rhyme or reason.
iirc 2 weeks ago I was hitting 185lbs sitting shoulder press 100% pain free.
Then I will have days where just warming up with the 45lb bar causes pain and discomfort. Days where I go ape shit on the flat bench and no pain and days where I feel it no matter what weight I'm hitting. I have gone a month with light weight machine work on shoulders and chest and didnt help. Then sometimes I go weeks including lifting heavy with no pain at all.
