No worries I have used halodrol in the past but most recent time was in 2012. Also most of what Im going to be running are SARMS not full blown anabolics. SARMS are less liver toxic.

I do have On cycle support and a PCT going to be using with them of course too.

Killed my PT Test today also.

70 push ups in 2 min
70 sit uos in 2 min
14:25 2 mile run.

I was pretty happy with that.

Ill lay out more info on the cycle ill be doing once the products get here.

Now that PT test is over I can focus more on the gym and size over running as much, although it would be foolish to stop running so I plan to just back it off to 4 miles a week.

One of the other guys here talked me into going to the gym after the PT test.

Im going to regret that decision tomorrow!!

Edit no pinning I refuse to use liquid unless its a dropper type.

Friday - 5 mile run and weights
Saturday - 4 mile run and 12 miles on road bike
Today - 17 miles on road bike this morning and weight tonight.

Saturday I ran 5 miles and I wasn't tired at the 5 Mile mark, but legs were definitely tired. I was more sore Saturday after the run than yesterday. Yesterday I wasn't sore at all.

30 mile bike ride yesterday, just a leisurely pace but I did work up a good sweat.

i ran 1 mile a few weeks ago and felt like i was goign to die! but it was a lot of rough ground, did it in about 11-12 minutes though.

i need to run more.

I'm decent being totally untrained but I can't fucking stand it. I literally never run. Your body becomes accustomed to endurance relatively quickly. Force yourself through a handful of runs and you'll be fine after that.

NEVER!!!! I repeat NEVER!!! Do abs with kettle ball routine then go full retard and decide to do squats and then go full retard + caution: helmet required, and do deadlift after that!!

I almost fell over in the shower, I might have no choice but to take tomorrow off, Im going to regret doing that.

On another note full body burn but the sore and stiffness to follow will suck I can already feel it.

Downing some BCAA's right now........

I have my annual PT test coming up next month, just started running at the beginning of October but currently at 10:06 for 1.5 miles. Trying to shave it down into the mid 9's but essentially a 6:40 mile pace currently. Not too bad.

Otherwise lifting 5 days/wk, no crazy supplements except for Protein shakes and a pre-workout supplement called "VOLT" which I like. Makes me all tingly and amped.


10 years ago in college I used to be into a lot more supplements such as 1AD, animal stak, animal pak, pre and post workout crap, ect ect... have curbed off as I've gotten older and mainly changed my diet to help me more.

Ran 6 miles yesterday in an hour and 2 min. Legs werent as trashed like the 5 mile run. Not sure if its because I dressed better for cold weather or the nutrition beforehand. Excited for the endurance Im getting.
