Nordictrack vs. Proform?

I am looking at purchasing an elliptical for my parents as a Christmas gift and was wondering what would be a good suggestion. Both Nordictrack and Proform make folding style ellipticals and they look very similar to me. However, the Nordictrack carries a $200 price difference. I'm sure the warranty and quality of the Nordictrack would be better but is it really worth $200?

I don't have an answer to that. Have you visited a local fitness store to see if they have an opinion or to check them out in person?

I have a Nordictrack C 700 and i got it from-https://fitnessgeko.com/fitness/nordic-track-c-700-treadmill-review/. I've had it for about 2 years now. Never had a problem with it, it is fantastic in every way. Better feel than many gym treadmills.
