How many of yous guys take supplements? And by supps, I mean vitamins and minerals, not workout stuff. Question 2 would be, do you take them regularly and do you feel different if you do/dont take them?

Thats the vitamins you are pissing outI take Animal Pak for the most part daily. Only thing I really notice is highlighter yellow pee lol I feel like it seems to help but I am sure its a mental thing.
I take a multi before work, and then a potassium glutinate later in the day so my heart doesn't 'splode from all the caffiene.
I need to take the potassium to calm down afib, and it does help.
Magnesium should help as well.
Was in the ER a few years back and they shoved a bunch of potassium down my throat when I had real bad STC's and tackacardia (sp?). I was almost unconsious when they brought me in, and an hour later it was like nothing happened. On meds now for it, but it was likely due to long term mold exposure at home and at my employer. I looked like walking death. We moved and I moved on from that job...6 months later I gained all my weight back and stopped having symptoms.
Figured it wouldn't hurt, so I do a banana every morning and a potassium half way through the day. Side benefit is it made my tinnitus all but disappear.

Sticking to the 1g protein for 1lbs body weight?I try my damnedest to eat as much protein as I can; peanut butter, meat, eggs, I take 3ish grams of creatine, and eat my veggies. I lift 3-5 times a week. Zero cardio.
