Most are junk. Only certain forms are bioavailable, meaning your body will actually absorb them. Those forms are more expensive to produce and dose in the proper amounts that donā€™t result in you paying $5+ a day for vitamins. Eat a varied diet and youā€™ll get everything you need.

Magnesium should help as well.

Was in the ER a few years back and they shoved a bunch of potassium down my throat when I had real bad STC's and tackacardia (sp?). I was almost unconsious when they brought me in, and an hour later it was like nothing happened. On meds now for it, but it was likely due to long term mold exposure at home and at my employer. I looked like walking death. We moved and I moved on from that job...6 months later I gained all my weight back and stopped having symptoms.

Figured it wouldn't hurt, so I do a banana every morning and a potassium half way through the day. Side benefit is it made my tinnitus all but disappear.

I have to intake extra potassium every day as well to keep arrhythmias and muscle issues under control. Lots of potatoes, bananas, and yogurt.

Only thing I take is Vitamin C, Omega 3 and 6. I take the C because we don't drink O-jay because of the sugar and I'm also not a fan of just eating a orange. The Omega's because I rarely eat fish. I LOVE fish! But the wife doesn't eat fish. Other than that, we have a pretty solid diet.

Currently I'm taking just two supplements. Animal Pak as my multi vitamin and Lipodrene which is fat burner. I like it for the energy and appetite suppression it gives me.

Im always experimenting with lots of things but havenā€™t really noticed the effects of anything outside of caffeine. Only other thing Iā€™ve noticed effects from is valerian root. I tend to get overwhelmed when I have a lot of stuff on my plate and when I take a 300-500 mg valerian root capsule before bed I wake up feeling a lot more refreshed and ready to take on the days challenges.

Also try to take multivitamins and fish oil just becauseā€¦
