Currently down 35ish lbs and trying to retain as much lean mass with a caloric deficit. There is the workout chat thread but nothing discussion supplement use. What is everyone using?
I'm fairly simple and use Whey as a source of protein and will take a preworkout most days I lift.
Current:
whey GNC amplified in vanilla and chocolate
Preworkout Warpath by American Muscle
I did use Havoc by American Muscle and it gave a great boost of energy and performance but wanted to try something else, kinda regretting it.
I was using creatine but gave me shits like none other and I slowed out of it.
So what is TCG using?
