greasy 's friend Mike contacted me about a particular concern he had.
The X3 is white and he noticed little orange spots all over.
Metal deposits from brakes, industrial fall out, rail dust etc....

So he asked if I could fix the issue. Sure, why not, nothing like waking up early on a day off to try and beat the sun ( my driveway sees the sun from about 8am - 3pm during the summer and yesterday was HOT ).

He only wanted it waxed so here's the steps:

Wash: Chemical Guys Citrus wash and gloss ( can be used as a strip wash )
Decon: Britemax Iron Max, McKee's Extreme Iron Remover and Chemical Guys Deon Pro. I filmed for a couple comparison videos... but for the most part I used the BriteMax (vids to follow later ).
Refoam: Chemical guys Honeydew snow foam
Clay: Chemical Guys Clay Mitt + Mr Pink
Thoroughly rinsed and then dried.

Pulled it into the garage, cleaned the windows with Adam's Glass cleaner and applied Clearkote's Carnauba Moose Wax

No paint correction at all?
Looks really good.
How do those 3 decons compare to Iron X?

I believe this is a 2017, paint was in good shape. The owner did not want to go wild.

Britemax had an edge over the other 2.
For paint work, Iron X is the product to go with.
When I used it on my truck, I did not need to reapply or agitate.

Videos will be out this week at some point
