Looking for a rental house in Elmhurst, Bensenville, Wooddale area for just my fiance and me. Must have garage and central air. Everything else I can fudge on. We do have a 7lb spayed yorkie/poo and a Neutered Cat, both are house broken, never have accidents and are too lazy to destroy anything. Looking in the $1200-1500/range. NOT looking to buy. We figure we will save up for a bigger down payment and wait for the House market to fall out completely, which it will in another year or two. Oh,
