This would make a good first house for someone or a good bachelor pad. For about the same monthly payment on a condo or apartment you can buy this place and have a two car detached garage and enough driveway space for six more cars. Plus you dont have to deal with the crowding, vandalism, associations, etc that come with the condo/apartments. I will also consider renting to the right person/people if needed.
