I'm kind of a big deal...

I had a 600 and 650 Palm OS, but never thought I would get rid of them... I took the chance when my contract was up to try the HTC Tilt and figured that ATT/ Cingular has the 30 day return policy no questions asked. If I didn't like it, I would just get the Palm WM5/6 whatever was out. Except I ended up loving it... I hadn't been using it pending the sale, but I just brought it back out today as I will be on the road the rest the next few weeks and just can't live without this thing(pretty sad). The GPS can be used in conjunction with google maps, w/o using the Telenav program. The phone and WM6 can be tweaked using a phone registry program and there are many programs out there to supplement the phone. The number one benefit to me was moving from the Palm OS, which I thought was the cats meow, to WM6. I like the clean look of it. The 2nd benefit was the ease of tethering this thing with a laptop. With the Palm I had to use a 3rdr party app PDAnet... with this thing literally all I do is connect via USB and hit connect, done. It's the greatest thing since sliced bread!

I'm going to be honest, if you are a business person with some tech savvy, which I know you are, this phone is the cat's meow and I think you will love it. If you are more of a what's hot, then I would suggest the Iphone, but I am anti Apple, although I am digging their laptops after I saw one the othere day. If your interested check out this forum as this is where I get all my information, program, etc. on this phone, great site.

The good thing for anyone that buys this, if you don't like it, all these phones used are giong for 375min+ shipping on ebay. So you should not lose any money. ;)
