The Snap On is about 5 yrs. old. 10 drawers, Painted by "The Custom Shop", comes with cover, 18 1/2"H x 18"D x 33 1/2"W

The Craftsman is older, 9 drawers, 39"H x 18"D x 26 1/2"W

You can buy that stainless steel box (last pic)at costco for around $600-$700 last time I checked. It is awsome. The best deal I have seen on a box EVER!
