This thing rocked the socks off of my garage for the past two years. Unfortunately, we have a nat gas leak somewhere under our aggregate concrete patio - so the nat gas feed to the garage is being disabled. Going to run an electric heater in the garage instead since I have the service out there.
Anyway.
30K BTU. Has electronic ignition (no pilot flame.) Will include angle brackets to mount overhead. Paid $400 bones for it. Selling for $250 firm. If a TCG member buys it, I will toss in the Hunter wall-mount thermostat I bought also.
