Weight Set

Since I moved up to the big boy bench and olympic weights, I have some available. These would be good for someone who is just starting out or if you have a son starting high school and he's interested in home training.

i will get pictures up when i go home.

I have 1 weider bench that supports incline, decline and flat bench positions.
it also has the leg extension/ leg curl attachment.
There 3 different "sets" of weights but they can all be used together.

1 - 2pc straight bar used for bench
1 - curl bar ( probably about 5lbs )
2 - dumbbell handles ( 4lbs each )
4 - plastic, sand filled 15#
6 - plastic, sand filled 10#
4 - plastic, sand filled 5 #
2 - cast iron ? 12.5#
2 - cast iron 7.5#
2 - cast iron 2.5#
the next weights listed can only be used with the dumbbells as they screw on.
4 - 5#
4 - 3#

i have had up to 180#s on the straight bar but I would keep it @ 150lb or under.
i have had 105# on the curl bar without a problem
i have had 70# on 1 dumbbell without a problem

You do have to mix and match plates in order to have even dumbbells
if you want heavier weight.

i would rather not sell 2 of these and 4 of those. It makes sense to keep the sets together.

Dumbbells 20# ea ( 40lb set ) $25
Curl Bar and cast iron plates ( roughly 50lb set ) $ 45
Straight bar and 140# plastic/vinyl set $ 65
Bench $35

Everything for $150 :jg:
