I bought this camera on a impulse over a month ago when I discovered my D40 was malfunctioning. I used it for about 2 weeks and bought a D90. This D60 has been sitting in the box since. Nothing is wrong with this camera. I paid $449 for it plus tax, and would like to get $360, as it is still in flawless brand new condition. I am selling the body only. You can buy the 18-55 VR lens as it usually comes with for under $175 NEW or ANY Nikon lens with a internal focus motor.

Not exactly... From what I read the D40 and D90 are best bang for the buck. I could have went with a D300 like baller Kamil but the technical image quality wouldn't be any better and faster focus and more FPS isnt worth the $500+ more. I couldn't see myself spending more than that unless I shot pics all day every day.

are lenses interchangable with different brands of cameras?

I want to say no to that. I do not believe a Cannon lens and a Nikon lens are interchangable, but I could be wrong. I do know that the D40/60 uses a AF/S lens. I only mentioned my 18-55MM VR lens since that is what came on my D60, but am not using it since I bought an 18-135MM from Panda.
