anything wrong with it? I have more than one electric bass, might be nice to have an acoustic/electric. What do those go for?

No, it is practically brand new. The guys I used to play acoustic with have moved away and I don't play it anymore. I just play my electric bass only now.

It has a really good tone to it. I played some other acoustic basses before I bought this and I really liked it, especially for the price.

I paid around $380 with a 3 year warranty last year, so a little over 2 years left on it.
I really want to trade for an electric guitar as my acoustic guitar is getting boring or enough cash to buy one off craigslist

Yeah, I probably wouldn't part with any of my electrics. I have 2 that are disassembled. One is a Les Paul, the other is a custom hand-made one. I may consider the Les Paul as a trade, but it needs a rewire...probably new pick-ups...and I have a schaller bridge on it, which is not correct for an LP. It also has locking tuners on it.

depends, I can get it working in about an hour. I just dissassembled it to refinish it. Although I had it set-up for a single humbucker with only 1 knob for volume and tone.
