Default FS: CNC Mill - benchtop - some assembly required

This is a maxnc15 cnc mill

So I bought this last June from a machinist. It was working no issues. Happily paid for it and fucking cocksuckers UPS dropped it and caused some damage. (and they refused to pay for damages) So Replaced all 3 anti backlash nuts, 1 acme screw, end mill and collet later it was up and running.
OEM motor smoked as they tend to do so I upgraded it to a 3/4hp consew motor and made my own mounts. Adding a cog belt and pullies. Had my friend with a cnc lathe open up the pullies to fit the spindle and motor. Spindle speed from what I measured was 9800rpm. I'll check my math later and try to measure it again.
Built and enclosure because milling aluminum makes a nice big mess
Sides and top all screw in and bottom is all tig welded. Doors are on cheap hinges and could use some redesign but it gets the job done. LED lights are on the inside as well.
I'm including the upgraded motor, the mill, the enclosure and whatever t-slot nuts I have. I'm also including a shoreline vice and parallel set.
I am not a machinist so I did hit the table with the end mill but the slots are still functional as normal. Just a big oops. One of the acme screws has a slight bow to it at the end. Doesn't affect the performance but it is noticeable when it spins.

Assembly part:
I broke a 1/8" end mill and the belt ripped so I will have a new belt installed this weekend. I can show you the machine under power no problem with my current setup. However I am not including the motors in the picture, the laptop or my current controller. I am moving that stuff over to my new mill.

I will however include a power supply, 2 tinyG control boards(1 may need a firmware upgrade) and the original motors. So it can still run no problem.
The tinyg controller will run with free software that is web based chilipeppr and another free program called json that runs in the background. You may also be able to connect it to mach3 and use the free/demo version that is good for 500lines of code. The second tinyG board I bought from someone who upgraded and he said he believes it still to be good.

You will get:
mill
enclosure
sherline vise
sherline parallel set
2 tinyG boards
oem motors
any extra collets and t-slots that I have for this setup. Plug in and mount the motors, install software on your laptop and you should be off and running.

What I'm keeping:
custom fog buster
laptop
motors/cables
controlbox

This is my first mill and taught myself on it. I am only selling it to get something a little larger. Some pics of things I made
Throttle body fiav plate with 1/8" end mill
1/2" 6061 aluminum wrench. That is the finish right off the mill (sadly it ended up being too large)

I'm trying to be as transparent as possible so there are no surprises on it. If you have any questions let me know
I'll vacuum up all the chips when you pick it up

Pick up in Lake Villa/Round Lake Beach IL
$1900 cash
