I have a sh!t ton of old tools and do the flea market & estate sale routes frequently looking specifically for old hand tools. Here is what I've seen -

The drill is a low model and probably worth a couple bucks. Novelty/display, not much of a collector item.

The Wood Planes can be all over the place. Depending on the manufacturer those things could be worth anywhere from a couple bucks to a couple hundred bucks in their present condition.
The MFR's name is often on the levercap.

I noticed that about old vises too. Some brands have rabid collectors.
