I have an HP Touchsmart tx2 for sale. It is a single point touch screen. The screen can flip around and down to convert into a tablet. It has a newer battery. Price is $150 obo.

It would probably help if you said which SOFTWARE. Or go to the website for your software and look at the requirements.

I don't know the requirements for your ignition software and if it would be compatible with the laptop. I sold the laptop on Craigslist a while back, sorry I forgot to update this thread. And don't worry, I deal with technically challenged people all day as part of my job.
