I have the total gym xls for sale. It's used but in great condition. Comes with all accessories that they came with from the dealer besides the CDs, I lost em. They are currently going for roughly $700 new online. I'll take $225 but shoot an offer cause I'm not going to use this anymore. I've come to accept being fat. I mean big boned. But you shouldn't.

Looks like they got wet and yeah. So you'd have too google the workout chart and print it. I can't find the poster either but again that should be online.
