House for sale/rent

I'm moving to Italy to stay with my family for a while. Need to either sell or rent. I'm not hurting for cash so I don't need to sell it for nothing.

I'm the first person to live here. First owner. This house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 car garage and a brand new fence is being put up now. Please message me with any questions. I am leaving before my birthday in October.
