the set i just took off my car. one of the baffles is loose and it rattles from time to time. they are in ok shape other than that. the other one broke a baffle as well and i cut it open and welded it back. so that can be done to fix the not welded one.
they are fully welded to the inlets and the outlets turn down and are also fully welded . hangers are also welded so all you got to do ist bolt em up
