1994 Lincoln Mark VIII longblock (Teksid) and 4R70W trans

I am helping a not-so-computer-saavy friend sell this. Its a 1994 Teksid based, B-headed, complete 4.6 motor that came out with less than 100,000 miles. No intake, but it is complete with oil pan and all, timing chains, gears, cover is all still on the car, hasnt been disassembled at all. Car was running when the motor was pulled, but and the project car never came to fruition. 4R70W trans came out of the same car, would make a nice base for a big HP 4R70W build-up. Right now we arent looking to part out anything, except for separating the trans and motor. $700 takes the EVERYTHING!! Or $450 for the motor and $250 for the trans. Not interested in shipping anything right now, local sale preferred. I will deliver/ meet within a reasonable distance.

That a pretty good deal for the 4R70W!! $250 and then maybe a $1000 worth of work to it and you have one hell of a nice set up.
