Ok, so I have my set of stock 2003 Ford Explorer XLT rims and tires with their hub covers and lug nuts that have been sitting in storage for 2.5 years now. They only have 2,000 miles on them and are in pristine condition. Have always been stored off the concrete and covered from the elements in a building with a tarp covering them. PM me with an offer.
