I had this SUV up fro sale about two months ago, but I decided to keep it since I couldn't find anything I really wanted as a replacement... But I've come across it's replacement, so the Blazer must go.
1995 Chevy S10 Blazer LT 4X4
104K miles
White exterior, Gray leather interior
No body work ever, from what I can tell. pass rear bumper scraped from me parking near a pole, just scrapage no dents. The body is clean no dents or noticeable dings. The drivers side power mirror is loose, doesn't affect much except on the highway the mirror is a little shaky.
Interior is very nice, except for the carpet which is dirty, the leather seats are in very good shape.
4x4 low and high work great, Heat is awesome, A/C works only if you jump the low pressure switch, haven't really had a chance to investigate (it's currently jumped). all else is full functional.
The oil cooler/relocation lines leak a little oil ( a few drops every once in a while). This is very common on all Blazers, new lines will cost around $65 bucks, some people just bypass the cooler and don't mess with replacing the hoses.
Uses just under a quart of oil every 3K miles.
As with any older Blazer there is rust forming on the inside of the bottom of passenger side front and rear doors, nothing major just surface rust.
Also, a few weeks ago, someone decided they needed my spare tire more than I did, so it's gone. (should've had a padlock on it)
I'm pretty anal when it comes to car maintenance, and I keep a vehicle journal of every gas fill up, every oil change and every maintenance item.
The blazer has averaged just over 17mpg with a 50% mix of city and highway driving
Blazer belonged to an older Italian lady before I bought, and it does not have a tow hitch so it wasn't used for towing heavy stuff.
I am available almost any day or time of the week, just give me a call and we'll work something out.
The Blazer is located in Tinley Park, just off of 159th and Harlem.
