Why are you selling it? and what are you replacing it with?

I'm one of those "maintenance freaks," and I grew tired of the disasembly process required to check the filter (true of all in fender CAI units). I replaced it with a K&N FIPK, which has the filter sitting in the engine compartment. Probably a few less ponies, but less of a PITA for me...
