Stock you're looking at 11-15 mpg in city/suburban driving and 16-19 mpg's on the highway if you can keep your foot out of it (good luck with that).

Stock with a tune is about the same.

CAI and e-fans (which I just did) gets the mpg's up a bit to MAYBE 1-3 mpg's extra. I can get 19-20 mpg's on the highway if I keep it under 65mph.

Thats a damn good price for a loaded TBSS that's modded with the arms and Belltechs and the brake setup makes that 2 1/2 ton beast stop ridiculously well.

You should have no problem selling this. I just sold my 06 SS for 16,500 with similar mileage but the only mod was exhaust and a window tint. It also had a small dent on the left front fender that probably cost me a grand. Stick to your price and you'll get it. Good luck!
