Selling my new in the box Dart Pro 1 205cc aluminum heads. They have 62cc combustion chambers. I'm going a different route than planned with the motor and it won't be happening till next year. Sticking with spray for now and finishing up the rest of the car.

What kind of gains will these give over stock 317's on a stock ls1? Turbo that is too.

Will these lower or raise a stock 04 ls1's compression?

Also what else do I need valves, springs, and retainers? what else is there and can I use stock valves?

Those 317's would benefit you more bc of the higher combustion chambers. They are 72cc as opposed to the Darts 62cc. You need to keep the comp ratio down as these would up it big time. These would probably make it close to if not 11:1

My TA has the 243 heads, same 65cc chamber 2.00 intake valve 210cc runner
1.55 exhaust valve
Would these heads benefit me in any way?

I believe the 243's flow 260ish cfm around 600 lift, these flow 290cfm at only 500 lift.
Would need to do a little more research to find more flow numbers.

*EDIT found out they flow 296cfm at 550 lift.
