The hood is popped and not latched down in the pics! When it is closed, it flows normally.

The first thing I did was look under the hood and I never fully shut it when I put it back down. I should have. That was my bad, but the hood flows great when shut. It is not damaged.

Anyone serious can take a look at the car.

where is the hood located?

The hood is located in the Des Plaines/ Morton Grove area... but since its on wheels it can be moved and swapped in any surrounding city.
