1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP - $2500obo

Black, 2 door. 98,000 miles.

Bought in 2003 with 65,000 miles.

This is a long shot, but I figured I'd put the car up for sale before I demoded.

Mods.
Wizair Intake, N* TB, LQ4 MAF, 3.25/3.1/3.0 DUB, Ported SC (Inlet and Outlet), VS Cam, TOG headers, 3" crush bent exhaust with cutout, no cat, into stock y stock mufflers. Powrtuner, ICCU, Wideband o2. Fuel pump rewire, Alt rewire. 12" dual piston front brakes, GMPP front and rear sway bars, front and rear STB's. KYB GR2 struts with Vogtland springs (less than 1000 miles), rear trail arms, wbodystore front control arms. I'm sure I'm missing some misc minor mods, but you get the gist.

The Good.
This car has been super reliable for me. Took it to TN this summer (800 miles round trip) and averaged over 30 MPG. I have no problem leaving the car outside during the winter and having it not start up.

The Bad.
Leaking some oil. I am losing about half a quart between changes. I believe it is the front main seal. I replaced the oil pan gasket a few years ago, so it shouldn't be from there. I don't add oil between changes.

AC does not work, I replaced the compressor 3 years ago and it worked until this summer. I haven't looked into this problem.

I lost the key fob.

For the record.. my statement in post #2 was NOT sarcastic.

I have never seen a more reliable Grand Prix that is modified.. EVER.

Always starts, and runs great. Whether it hasnt been started in days, or weeks.

Battery always holds a charge too in that time, unlike MY GTP (damn alarm) hah
