Maby a dumb question but will the orange 04+ hood fit on a 97-03 GP? The reason I ask is because it looks just like a 97-03

Correct, like the other member stated, they are completely different spoilers. Not even close in size or overall shape. Assuming you were talking about the spoiler, not a hood since that is the only orange thing I own. Hope this helps.

how rough is the ride with the air struts? do all 4 come with the top plates too? does it come with a compressor, i mean, how exactly do they work dude, sounds really really interesting to me

The ride is completely adjustable, so how harsh the ride is depends on the settings (dampening, etc.), height, and so on that they are at. Only items listed and pictured are for sale here. I provided links to an ebay store that sells the struts separately and also the complete setup (they also offer the setup minus the struts at an obviously lower price).

Why Air Suspension?
Lower your ride, improve your handling, and get control over your suspension.

The most versatile choice for suspension on today's market.

Go from the strip to the street to the show floor with the push of a button.

Our air struts are designed to give you maximum performance with our 9-way dampening system previously only found on high end coilovers.

Want to adjust your spring rate as well? No coilover will ever offer this option! Use the "Auto Pilot" digital controller to set it and forget it.

When style matters just as much as performance, our air struts will let you down... as low as you want to go. Wheel gap never helped anyone win a car show! Tuck those rims up where they're supposed to be.

Combined with our F.B.S.S. digital air management system (included) this kit will set you on the ground, let you clear speed bumps, and get in and out of driveways without scraping your ride.

They can be used without the system, I wouldn't advise it, but you can. They would just be filled individually from the ports with any air compressor, like you would with your tires. Obviously, you lose the functionality of them by not having the on-board system to operate them though. Two of them have top plates and two use stock mounts.

I hope this answers your questions.
