Default For sale (Bring a Trailer) 1990 Pontiac ASC-McLaren Turbo Grand Prix

I don't post here often but I know that many of you are GP fans so I wanted to share this with you.

It's not mine but I'm near Philly and might be able to take a look if one of you are interested.

Says the master cylinder was replaced. If it was replaced with original equipment, that's astonishing. The early hydraulic driven ABS systems from this era were STUPID expensive to repair/replace. You'd be hard pressed to find a rebuilt master cylinder with new accumulator for under $1k. That along with the crossover pipe (if it's the original, the flex joints are busted) are the achilles heel that has sent a great many of these cars to the junk yard. The cost to replace those parts (IF you can even find them now) can exceed what the car is worth depending on mileage/condition.

These cars came fully loaded with everything you see other than leather, a sunroof, and in '90, a CD player. This one has the sunroof, but no leather or CD.

CURRENT: '00 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP (uggghhh....boring regular one)

Not my thing but a really cool car. I could see this being an investment of sorts in an odd kind of way. Park it in a barn for 20-30 years.
