2001 Chevy Tahoe

I've got a guy coming to check it out today but with winter coming I thought maybe TCG would have a want/need for this aside from daturbosix trying to trade me Dodge calibers and John Deere products :io:

Price $6,900
Mileage 154,000
847-239-0620

Up for sale is my 2001 Chevy Tahoe. I am the 3rd owner of the truck. Original owner had the vehicle until 120,000 miles. A friend of mine was the 2nd owner, owning it for just under a year and roughly 8,000 miles at which point the truck was purchased by me.

The truck runs and drives great and has no mechanical issues. It is VERY clean for the year. There is zero rocker or quarter panel rust on the truck, only a small amount on the drivers rear door which is not visible unless you look underneath. Paint is in great shape and shines like new with the typical exception of the Z71 painted bumpers.

Maintenance;

-5,000 mile oil changes using Mobil 5000 5W-30
-Good Hancook Tires (20,000 miles)
-New OEM ACDelco brakes (pads/rotors- 200 miles)
-New inner and outer tie rod ends (MOOG- 10,000 miles)
-New fluids in transmission, front/rear differential, transfer case- 10,000 miles)
-Lifetime Alignments through Firestone
-New transmission at 90,000 miles.

I have a 1" thick binder of receipts from previous owner and have continued to add to it with an open checkbook.

The snow plow was installed 11/22/2016 and I can prove that with receipts. The 2nd picture with the truck (with aftermarket wheels) shows the front valance before it was cut for the plow frame, that picture was taken 11/17/2016. The truck was never plowed with beforehand. Anyone that knows how little snow we got last winter knows how little it has worked. It plowed four relatives houses, my home and a few friends houses only. There are maybe 50 driveways worth of plowing on the truck (have logs from the 2016/17 season to prove). The short wheelbase of the truck is great for driveways.

The plow itself is a Western Unimount 7'6" Contractor plow. It has new fluids and hydraulic lines as of 11/2016. The truck side is Western Ultramount 3-plug (plow has been converted). I did this to have the versatility of the better looking and better designed Ultramount with the strength of the older Unimounts. New Isolation module in December of 2016, brand new Ultra/Uni conversion bracket in October.

The truck also has a top of the line sound system in it. Not built for a bass driven noise maker but to rival any other stereo for clarity, quality and range. Polk doors speakers throughout, image dynamic tweeters, Premier 12" subwoofer with Kicker amp all driven by a Pioneer 4200NEX head unit. The unit has apple car play, navigation, etc. There is well over $1,200 in the stereo alone.

The interior is very clean. I have WeatherTech floor mats in it year round, carpet underneath is like new. Drivers seat shows wear but not nearly as bad as most trucks of this age.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. Asking $6,900 with the plow, controller and everything else you need to go make some money this season in an exceptionally maintained daily driven truck. I am very particular about my vehicles and keep them all in excellent condition. I daily drive this truck to work to keep mileage off my newer diesel.

Clean title in my name in hand. Cash only. Thank you.
