I just pulled out my Yank PT4400 Converter. I bought it brand new 04/2009 and it has been in my car since then with no issues. The converter has about 9k miles on it. I had a planetary gear fail on my 4L60E so the converter should be sent to Yank to be gone thru to be safe.
The cost for Yank to completely rebuild it worse case is $275. You have the option to get it rebuilt back to a PT4400 or make it a custom built converter to your liking.
The new price tag is $795. I'm asking $375obo
