Sturdy and can hold up to 30 Tires....I used it partially for Tires and Crap.

Comes with two main side Pillers and 6 arms.

Smaller version is $120. I think it holds 21 tires. It can be mounted with screws and large washers. It wasnt meant to be mounted. But definitely possible
