Grandmothers Car: 2002 Grand Prix

I've been charged with selling my Wife's Nans car, as she purchased a replacement.

Car was pretty religiously maintained, runs/drives/stops perfectly.

Specs:
SE Sedan (so it's a cloth interior, 3.1 powered, but has the GT bumpers/cladding/spoiler)
57k miles on it
Dark Red exterior
grey cloth
Auto

Good:
Strong AC
'Minty' interior condition wise
Stupid low miles and well maintained.

'Bad stuff':
Rust is starting to peak through the lower rockers
Nan was a Smoker, doesnt smell awful, but just disclosing as pics won't show that
Weeps a few drops of something over night, not sure what, everything is full fluid wise.

Looking for $2200, I have the title in hand.

That just has a GT/GTP style front bumper. Not sure what year SE's had the ant eater style. Sideskirts and rear bumper are SE.
