Picked this up for the shop, but just too wide where it needs to fit, so unfortunately have to sell to get a smaller unit. It includes two air/Hyd center jacks (although one shown)and requires 220V for the motor and air for the locks to operate. It does not include any slip plates, but is fully functional otherwise. The lift is still torn apart with how i disassembled it, and all parts are here. $4500 obo
